May MVP Golf World Cup Rules of Play: Tee boxes: Young men: Blue/White, Men: 60+ Gold, Men: 75+ Red, Ladies: Red 1. 4 hr. 10 min. per round (14 min. per hole) 2. Ready golf - hit it when you get to it 3. pin in is optional 4. 18" - Pick up putts within 18" 5. 4 over par max - Pick up when 4 over par is reached 6. Limit ball searches to 3 minutes (bring plenty of balls) 7. OB or Lost Ball - drop ball anywhere on a path back to the previous hitting location. 8. Water Hazard - ball in water: drop where it started crossing water. If ball crosses water hazard to land and rolls back in, drop on that side no closer to pin. Par 3's drop in drop area or re-tee. Discuss drop locations with other team and agree on location. 9. 2-4" roll over - Ball can be rolled to improve lie (2-4"), but not out of a hazard. 10. Sandtraps - ball in foot print. Rake and drop. Handicaps are based on prior Ryder/President Cup scores or recent scores. Only the lowest 40% will be used. World cup will use 95% of handicap.
